Can I get some general advice for someone buying their first rental property? Any tips will be helpful. What would you have done differently with your first rental?
Try to be selective, if you can. Peasants like to damage propert, make lawsuits, et cerera. You have to oay firefighters a shitload to help you evict people, and peasant ass niggas are paying for property damage ever.
Honestly if you jave the option, just appreciate and resell real estate.

My dad owned an apartment building in detroit, not sure how other places fair. But with rent you have way less pleasant custumers than mortgages, I can tell you that much.

Is it better to get a mortgage and get renters to pay it and keep building my property portfolio, or to get one mortgage at a time and flip properties I'm in the uk if that helps. Our bad tenants I suspect aren't as vile as some of yours fuck detroit that's insane
