just go to the bank in person, show them your records, and pitch your business to them.
they have some pull in who gets a loan and who doesnt. if you can sell them on why your business is a good investment, theyll be more inclined to loan to you despite your low reported income.
and if they dont loan it to you, go to a different bank. im sure there are several banks in your locale that you havent gone to in person. look at smaller local banks and credit unions. you may even be able to set up a deal with two or three banks where they all go in on it to limit the risk, although if your business is that small it probably wont be worth the hassle. but set up a business loan appointment, and go woo them.
