Look at the career of folks like LovelyLittleL, Amber Blank, and Heather Brooke. Any of them could work for you, but each has its own advantages and disadvantages.

In the case of the first, it's a wildly talented "camwhore" who does solo dildo deepthroat videos. She's all over /gif/ all the time. If your friend has that special calling card (her ass, in this case), you'll have no problem finding a cam site that will pay you guys to do shows. I did this back in 2006 so a lot has changed, especially the way I would do it today.

Sounds like you got it pretty much figured out in the short term. A watermark linking to a twitter, instagram, and other social media is also a great idea. You'll have requests for personal vids and photo sets, stuff like that, in no time -- particularly if you advertise for just those exact services. I'd consider saving up for superior lighting and video equipment, but the Blanks get by fine without them. Also, an amazon page for her -- people love to buy their favorite stars gifts. But, like other folks have said, start out slow -- tease things out in a tantalizing fashion. Make them beg for the ___-fuck and ___-job.

Medium to longer term, there is going to come a point where you just need to go hard in the paint and bang out content (pun unintended).
