Why?
I don't see how geographic location would limit you in terms of asset selection in today's world.
I'm aware there's a home market bias, but there's no logical reason for it.

Or, if you don't mind a bit of added volatility, you can buy KEK, it tracks the number of white female Germans being impregnated by shitskins. The beautiful thing is, it doesn't differentiate between consensual sex and gangrape, so it really can't fail. Not in your country anyway.
