How hasn't anyone been paying attention to Siacoin?

It's clearly next up to the launchpad, first stop: the moon.
Next stop - the stars!

It's a high volume, low-cost alternative to the unstable ETH.
Get onto Santa's slay before the nice little boys and girls get mad gainz and all you've got is a rope, chair and a ceiling fan.

Isn't siacoin volume too high for it to amount to anything.

No, the volume is perfect for getting quick gains

>I actually work for a company that is competing directly with Siacoin and almost everything I have to say about the project is bad. I could give details about their technical direction if anyone is interest. You're probably not going to find someone more qualified to answer them as even the developers of Sia are bias.

Why did you delete this?

Im going to screencap all these idiots saying SIA is going nowhere.

Gonna be a good day when all you faggots pity over a missed chance when it (inevitably) blows up on Friday.

Are people only able to buy coins with BTC? What other methods are there?
>>
>>1159560
BTC is basically the standard.
You can buy with cash on some exchanges, Litecoin is also sometimes used just because of its seniority.
>>
>>1159560
Coinbase for Bitcoin and sending it to your Bitcoin wallet on an exchange, like Poloniex. It's pretty simple, but you'll have to go through a couple of verification steps that take a bit of time. Kraken has some other options, but Poloniex is pretty large

As for SIA coin, Idk.

Dude you've been shilling siacoin for a wek now it's getting silly m8, stop it.
>>
>>1159746
Well apparently I'm not getting an answer
>>
also holding SC here
SC is still the only real project in this space that is not just logos and fancy UI tests with "rewards"
SC is the real deal. you can use it today to store data and rent your space. SJCX and MAID are lagging behind and won't come out for a year or so.
1.0 is coming out soon. just a heads up
>>
just bought 100k sia coins. to the moon gentleman?
>>
>>1161467
I got 70k. I'm hoping something comes out of this.
>>
When? This shit has risen in ages
>>
>>1161108
Also SC hodling here, but you can do better than this:
>SJCX and MAID are lagging behind and won't come out for a year or so.

1. MAID relies on the belief in infinitely growing storage space, pay once and no need to delete ever. This is not guaranteed, and their answer is that they will cross that bridge when they come to it... They also claim some stuff about penalties for farmers that delete data, but it's not at all clear that the penalty exceeds the potential gain of that freed space. So, I don't consider it suitable for businesses which need a precise guarantee of storage with clear costs.

2. SJCX is actually a reasonable competitor, but the main reason I would never buy it is the 100% premine, with 90% still owned by the Storj company. It also appears all linked in to some commercial "metadisk" offering, which while providing storage somewhat cheaper than existing services... is also centralised and not really the free market "killer app" of storage I was looking for. I might have got that slightly wrong, but that only leads me to the other criticism of Storj: As a developer, finding actual documentation on how it all works (without having to join some special early access program) is positively painful.

and the end of the day, I could have got the SJCX facts entirely wrong but:
>dat premine
>>
>>1162091
Guise I went to my local Mexican Mafia druglord, and got a loan for $300000. I promised them I would pay be 3 times in as much in 3 days. I showed the the specs on SIA and told them how you can store data on it and stuff. They said ok but we'll kill you if don't pay.

Did I do good guise?

>>
>>1163159
No idea this was just a cheap long shot for me.
>>
>>1163284
Adding on to this, I think it has potential enough to hit a decent number to make a profit if you buy in early. It's going to be something you hold for now.

Reminder to secure your stash of rare TRUMPs now before the price skyrockets.

>>
Crashed hard today, hopefully it'll go back up a bit. I'm buying the dip.
Is anyone interested in the possible long term future of SIA? It sounds interesting.
>>
>>1164740
I don't really consider this crashing much frankly even before it wasn't worth it. I'm doing this entirely for a long term thing.
>>
>>1164745
Well, it dipped hard, from 0.XXX36 to 0.XXX26 and it might slowly come back to 30 within the next few days, but I'm curious to know what's your projection of the the long term goal of SIA.

The coins I'm most interested in is SIA, XEM, XMR and ETH. I think those are the most likely to become big in the future.

Just looked back at polo and it's back up to 29, so it's all good I guess. It's interesting the btc rose today and every other coin dipped. ETH is surging as well.

Why XEM all of all things? It has a retarded name.
>>
>>1164769

I meant the coin. I reckon TRUMPcoin has more potential than any other one you mentioned.

Nobody knows about it yet. Still only $10,000usd market cap. Could genuinely go up 50x its value.
>>
>>1164786
Buy trumpcoin is literally betting on a meme.
>>
>>1164779
It's going to be the bitcoin of Japan in the next four years or so. It has the backing of a bank and I expect good things from it. The name doesn't really matter.
>>
>>1164791
It has the backing of a bank in japan?
>>
>>1164786
I side stepped the answer for a reason. A meme candidate with a meme coin has no interesting interests in a year.

>>1164794
Yes, they're interested in having their own sort of bitcoin but refuse to integrate bitcoin into their system and economy, so they're basically developing their own. XEM has a very good chance of booming in Japan over the next two year or so if it preforms well. A recent version was released and the price went up, not just a random pump.
