So I'm totally new to trading/investing,
I have about 100 bucks, and accounts at kracken, poloniex, and the robinhood app.
What do? any tips? should I be in the real markets, or take my money to BTC or ETH when the prices drop?

I'm not shitting you, don't invest it in anything. To see gains, you'd have to be in something so speculative that you'd be better off taking it to a craps table and betting the pass line.
You'd be better served taking that money and buying some books on personal finance, money management, and basic mechanics of the stock market.
Or a shirt, pants, and tie to go get a better job.
First time I "invested," I turned $1,000 into $2,000 on a fluke. Spent it. Second time, I took $600 and bought two crappy suits, got a better job, and multiplied my income almost tenfold.

Maybe blackjack or 5card holdem. I played poker in the local leagues and hit final table on a regular basis, bout 6-10 times a month...
Also Ive learned pretty well to count...(lot to keep track in 5card so more suited for blackjack)
