I used to work night shift job where you need to work ~45hrs/week, working woth chemicals and got payed around 450€/month. (After tax) so around 5400€/yr. And in my country thats not that bad.

I work in shipping ports moving cargo. Pic related is a typical week for me. I feel I'm neither over or underpaid. I work under a collective bargaining and I feel like we have a good contract right now.
Most people in this country are underpaid and think people like me are overpaid cause they've been conned.
