I would personally pick the organs option. Contact a medfag at some hospital offer him two or three "volunteers" and you'll have enough money for a couple years. Easy money. Smuggling is more dangerous because you have to do longer trips to make a considerable amount + all the police and military is now on the border checking everything.

Just convice a couple of refugees that you can bring them to Germany or Sweden for free --> take them to a rural house where nobody will hear them --> kidnap and wait for medfag to come --> live the rest of your life in a tropical island.
