Isn't that cpu only? And pool mining is going to get you a shit ton more for the time you spend mining unless you have a rig that destroys 99% of the PCs on the market.

You have to join a pool before you can select it IIRC.
What GPU are you running? I'm interested in mining but I'm fairly certain using an onboard graphics card would be a waste of energy.
