Hi /biz/!
I make video/photo. I shoot and edit everything myself, mostly corporate video and events.
I live in a shitty country (sPAIN) where is difficult to charge more than 600€ for a vídeo.
As everyone here, i m looking my way to retire at 40something...
> INB4: I know, 236€ in the bank ≠ retirement
More details:
- I do not waste money in superficial stuff
- I'm a good looking guy, well dressed too
- I can act like a a normie / I'm far from being one
- I make music, musician is my (STUPID) dream job
- I'm also good at yoga, i could work as a yoga teacher
What do you think? Am I too old? Should I look for another business model? I feel 33yo is too late to reinvent myself. :/
Any advice appreciated. I'm sick of being a poorfag.

33 years old is pretty late to retire at 50 that's for sure.
Maybe you will be able to retire at 65 if you are lucky. Assuming you work two jobs.

Also to add to this your skills are shit.
Learn how to program or do something with technology. Also keep track of your expenses try to spend less then 5€ a day on yourself in terms of food. Get used to living like that for at least the next 20 years.

Find a way to come to the USA.
Work in film here.
Most day rates are $250+ per day. And the work aint that hard.
I'm a film fag.

I know my skills... :/
About programming: I make things with Pure Data, but i think i'm far from being an expert.
What programming language to start with? Python?
Any profitable tech grade to study that i can merge with my audiovisual knowledge?

>$250 a day in film
doing what in film? in los angeles?
serious question. im in nyc and have had absolutely no luck landing a job here and i have skills/experience with pretty much every aspest of production... development, shooting, editing, etc etc... seems like there's just no work here.
i make 160 a day after taxes making instructional vids for a corporation but this shit is just so boring and mindnumbing. id fucking murder to work for 250/day as an editor for shit thats worthwhile.
