I've seen it happen before, except that time it was coordinated, the dude just lured people in to increase his share before the dump.

I do more of a nudge and dump. Its only failed me once so far but I'm only playing with small change.

My strategy involves more of a shove than a nudge, but then a gradual, gentle pressure towards the dump, before release.
