It's very simple. Some shitty scam site just pays you money.
Basically you automate the downloading of, let's say "Lexi Belle getting fucked by big cock", you then just append "[viagrascamsite.com]" to the end and reupload to other sites, all automated.
And while it doesn't seem like much, considering some of these pornvideos get 100k+ views, and knowing how retsrdes the audience is, doing it 100 times can get it seen by 10million pairs of eyes. Which is sure to make at least a few sales.
