Yes, psychopaths make great managers (they are not going to lose sleep over firing someone) and have great self discipline. Churchill was likely a psychopath and so were many other good leaders. Steve jobs was also likely one, considering his complete disregard for charity and how casually he could be mean to people and play mind games with them to trick/force them to work long hours without sleep.
