So as you may or may not know, Colorado has been inundated with transplanted people since the beginning of 2014. As a result, the housing/rental market is wildly inflated. Can any COfags (or anyone I guess) bring insight into what kind of event would precipitate a housing market crash or people leaving in droves? I just want to know the likelyhood of people fucking off to whence they came.
