So what's the catch?

Yes I know all mailer programs/envelope stuffing things are scams, but are these guys just flat out lying about what will happen if you send them money? What will actually happen?

I'm thinking about using a card to pay 99$ and just see what happens and easily cancel the transaction if it turns up to be bullshit.

PayPal is generally easy to talk with as a costumer in my experience, so it really shouldn't be too hard to annul any transactions.
