Sup /biz/

I've just secured a sales internship at a top technology company over this summer but I'd really like to go into investment banking when I leave uni and I don't really want to work in sales either. My question is will this look good on my CV that I have experience or potentially harmful that it's in a very different industry to banking?

my neighbor works for oracle and probably makes close to $300k a year and he started at a regular position, dont think just because you are paid a wage that you can't develop something great or innovate your way to an important position.

just work hard and if you are better than your peers you will move up, simple as that.
