Yes, study things that makes sense for you. That chart is primarily influenced by daytrader wannabes who thinks trading securities is the key to a good life.
Business is the practice of creation. A successful business succeeds because it creates value in the world, and captures a fraction of that value. Most of that chart is about winning at zero-sum games such as RE and the securities market. Zero-sum because your gain relies on someone else losing an equal amount.
It's probably the safest course to study how to create and capture actual value, rather than how to win at zero-sum games.

that's a stretch. Its a complete book but its also got just enough misleading half truths and shilling to knock you off. Many of it you'd need to have apriori knowledge to cut out the BS. While good for an intermediate PF list I'm reticent to recommend it to most neophytes.
