Dependent on lots of things
>18-26
Start-up since you can recoup your loses
>27+
Big companies since the risks associated with a startup may not be worth it anymore
>Have children
Need a solid, stable income so big company

I used to work for 8 small startups.
Always go big. At least THEY can pay you instead of asking you to "work for the Lord's belief"

I prefer small established businesses but that's because I hate doing the same shit on a daily basis
