Recently I've been thinking about starting a website for myself to run and manage content... but I'm not sure what kind of website I should start. What I could also imagine is the market of small budget movies which should be good (or at least medicore) movies first and use uncensored sex scenes as an extra selling point. (Japan has a tv series like this which is basically a soap opera, with lot more sex.)

Just because a certain niche is untapped doesn't mean that there is an actual opportunity.
And livejasmin is a horrible example. It's literally just another camwhore site with a massive advertising budget. There is absolutely nothing innovative or unique about it, and their business model requires an extremely large amount of capital.

Porn is a dead business. Their product is essentially an erection. When you buy porn, you do so to get an erection (and eventually a climax). Now, why should anyone buy your service when there's a gorillion of free alternatives to choose from?
If you can come up with a reasonable answer to that question, you have a business.
How about producing content, let's say a property that is good looking with several rooms that are conducive and geared toward cam whoring. They have hi quality cameras and fast wifi.
Recruit a few young dreamy girls from across the state, provide room and board and a nice working environment that gives them the impression of freedom. Charge them a flat fee for all the services plus contacts. Make a profit out of their prifits?
