Hi anons. Where can I find a map of the places where EB-5 Visa can be applied in California (I know that you have to invest $500'000 in a highly unemplyed area).
Can I live in Malibu or San Francisco and build the company in another place where is allowed?

you can go to a VC, and instead of them buying the shares from the company, they buy them from YOU, wich means you have 1m to invest (you can found a company without residence or citizenship, some states even w/o ID)
but see a tax attorny. it probably has some kind of investment capital gains or whatever implications if you ever sell the company.
