The market jumped on the news of the Russians and Saudis meeting for an oil discussion.

What do you think gold's doing? It seems pretty inflated right now too. Sell for a modest profit or hold for sick gainz?

>No good economic data
>Japan has only fallen 25% off their peak yet they are on negative rates thinking they can bounce back
>China is still balls deep
It's just speculation because oil meeting. By the way, I don't think the fundamentals will do much and I think oil will still close below 40 for the year.
Just wait until March when the Fed shits itself because it doesn't know what to do.

I think gold is fine still. I wouldn't hold more than 10% in your portfolio though (hold it for a few years then sell, maybe 2-3).
bull trap
market still characterized by lower highs and lower lows.
bull trap.
don't bite.

it all depends on oil production and prices.

Well production is available, it depends on consumption. If people have no money left to spend because usury has destroyed all real wealth its going to be a problem. With every iteration of monetary collapse, the rich grow richer, but they can only burn so much oil.
The other question is just how many consumers can fit on the planet before the infinite growth gig is up? Economists panic over small growth rates or stagnant productivity. Whoa and behold will they literally shit their pants when the inevitable comes?

oil consumption has to increase or oil production needs to freeze down a lot.
it's all contingent on oil.
