Not really. I mean I give you that it is a sleezy business that deals with the undesirables of human society, but they charge interest rates so high that they should be illegal. So even if some of the blacks default and even considering the cost of debt collectors, they're still making a decent profit.
Watch the vice documentary of the guys who opened a bail bond financing place in a nighood and gave out free shirts and shit for free advertisement.
