The other day two smartfags were going on about CHK and the whole situation surrounding them. One guy said the stock would shoot up on monday. Please reveal yourselves smartfags and explain to me again why I should invest in CHK when its on the verge of bankruptcy.
IIRC they went huge into gas but gas has remained super cheap last 5 years or so. Unless they somehow pivoted to oil I wouldn't touch it

They borrowed too much money without studying fundamentals. Former CEO/founder wrote himself some sweet deals while head of a public company. Their leasing people get sued ALL THE TIME over what they promise vs. what they deliver. Their front room did lots of neighborly things for the community but their back room did all the greasy finagling and chiseling. Former CEO related to Kate Upton.
CHK doing all the things associated with the investigation of possible bankruptcy. Invest in CHK after bankruptcy, not before.
