Go to a good school or get great marks
Do internships/gain relevant experience
Join clubs/societies which let you network
Have a few interesting hobbies so you put it on a resume and u don't seem like a total fucking loser
Drop business, do engineering or medicine

About 3 months after graduation should land you a decent managers job at mcdonalds

Look up how much McDonalds managers make. Literally a few $ more an hour with a dozen more responsibilities.
