Leveraged ETFs are intended for day trading, if you think oil has already bottomed just buy stock in an oil company like Shell or Chevron.
Does anyone know how to buy voo using cmc markets? I'm being an idiot and can't figure out if it's possible or not.
so what do you guys suggest for long term? or with major potential?

Don't invest in leveraged ETFs.
In fact don't invest in companies with lots of debt.

Fucking diversify and figure out your time table.
Open a Vanguard account and buy as many VTI shares as you can afford. Don't touch it, or even look at it, until you reached your timetableany years later.
