So I live in a pretty rich place, and its rich for miles and miles around. Recently some big news happened in my city. Girl goes missing, tons of money and effort expended to find her and she turns up and the family / police refuse to say what happened.

Now this drove me fucking crazy, so many of my friends were afraid for their kids and nobody is offering up an explanation. I said "i'll just call the family myself, I'll go ask family friends I'm GOING to get to the bottom of this for my own satisfaction".

Then I realized that there might be a market for this great big rich place I live for juicy gossip. Like that episode of the simpsons.

Legally what am I looking into here? I want to stay anonymous, how to market? Is this in anyway a good idea?
