AOL still holds the record for most abysmal and toxic customer service

They were massively over leveraged and their business model was already on its way to getting fucked even be the dot com crash

It's funny because there are about a dozen companies that turned down Netflix and are now failing

Blockbuster, Yahoo, AOL, and it was even rumored that RadioShack was offered a chance to purchase and declined it
