Keep in in case you need it, or paying it back. The interest you'll save by paying it is a guaranteed dividend.

I am saying that you will be losing 5% of your money right off the bat, just from buying and then selling.
To make over 5% on a single trade is quite good, so unless you make substantially more than 5% on it it will be all getting eaten away. Make of that what you will.

Fees will eat everything you have and even if there was no trading fees you would be standing to make very very little at best.
