Hey /Biz/
Whats the go with CFA exams? My university and CFA Australia offers the opportunity to complete my first exam in July, 6 months before I graduate. Should I do it? How essential is it?

I would do it if I were you. Part 1 can probably give you a boost as a fresh graduate.

For me, it wasn't worth it at all. I still couldn't get analyst interviews for shit, and nobody at financial firms I got to talk to through work gave two shits. They mostly hired out of Ivy Leagues or through connections.

Again, I would STILL do it were I in your shoes.
