How do I move to la NYC or Miami for my music career?
I know it's hopeless I literally want to just go to a big city be poor for a few years and have my dreams crushed.

Do your homework re neighborhoods and rental rates. Save up enough for 3-6 months of rent.
Move there, get apartment, start looking for job that can accommodate (minor) scheduling changes (a bitch, these are in demand, especially in LA).
Once in job for 6 months, re-evaluate it and current living situation. Move/switch jobs if necessary.
