Doesn't it make sense to move into Oil for 4-5 yr position, I mean, its practically guaranteed to move back to triple digits..right? Probably better returns than I'd get in a market based index fund.

No, we have more oil on the market now thanks to shale and the tar sands. $60 would probably be more realistic.
