Don't be greedy and set a sell limit on a single stock at +10% and another to stop loss at -20%. When either trips, I'd advise selling off.
You could hold overnight if there was a slump and nothing happened but it is pretty risky, and I'd personally sell rather than try to time the market.

TASR had some really nice movement pre hours but if you didnt get in this morning I would just pass it up. One of my most important rules is to not chase runners.
I daytrade mostly and sometimes swing, not much of a long term investor. If you want to invest in any company or in this case TASR I would reccomend you put in a good amount of work dedicated to research the companies management and financials along with how they make their money and if they have anything promising in the future.
