How much earns Team Leader in Amazon USA center per hour ? And how much in Germany ? I want to compare it with mine sallary, im a Team Leader in Polish FC and just want to know ;) i've got 18PLN per hour, its about 4EUR/h (in Poland it's quite good sallary

Yes you would have to pay taxes on it. In the US if you only make 16 an hour your taxes won't be too bad.
Your quality of life/ standard of living would probably be about the same, but at least the US has some warmer climates than Poland.
