I own some delisted shares on Robinhood. The trading had been halted and they will be delisted from the NYSE. How will I be able to access them for trading either over the counter or on pinksheets (if the company doesn't go bankrupt).
You can still sell, but can no longer but off of Robin Hood.
Could've easily posted this in the general family.
If the stock can no longer be bought. Then how can I sell it. Who would buy it?

It cannot be bought on robinhood, it can be bought with just about any other brokerage. If the company goes bankrupt then you are out of luck and your stock is worthless.

others with robinhood accounts can't buy them
Almost all full service and standard discount brokers deal in OTC securities. There are lots of available buyers.
