Does it still count as soliciting or canvassing if the contract was terminated with my departure? Jb HiFi will have to re apply for the contract like every other company

Their clients though? Because the contract is up for offer and anybody can apply, the client in question is no more JB than it is mine though.

Do what you need to do, OP. They won't sue you. You think they want to scare all their other employees? Lawsuits are public record.
