The key is rewriting. Translate, shuffle shit around and replace some words and you're good to go. Unless you are messing with Simon and Scheister or similar you will have no major problems.

My aunt has her own publisher and translates italian shit into Danish. It can be done legally, just contact a lawyer or whoever, who had knowledge on this matter. Also translate it into german instead, germans cant into english, i clearly remember watching Spiderman talking german in the first movie like 13 years ago
