It's on it's top, but it can get worthier with the increase of global population. More people to eat=more money to earn.
Not for growth, but MCD is a really fine income stock. I'd enter at 90$, it is overvalued right now

My only worry about MCD would be that they depend so greatly on growth in foreign markets, namely China (same with GM) With China slowing down as a whole I would expect MCD to have 2 or 3 bad earnings reports in a row before it levels off.
So to answer your question, yes, if you wait another 6-9 months for it to fall.

Yes. I'm not an industry insider by any means. I'm a construction professional whose firm will be implementing a new brand at McDonalds starting literally next week. This new branding is call "choose your taste." Basically they are installing self-ordering stations at every McDonalds in the country. My firm has already landed 60 of these this year. Every initiative McDonalds has rolled out has been great for its stocks. Remember McCafe? This change will also reduce the number of staff required to operate, thereby reducing overhead which will spark investors and the stock WILL increase.
I would wait to see what happens with the whole Chiba situation and when the dust clears, if McDonalds is reasonably valued,

I think the self-ordering really changes the playing field, because it removes what modicum of service remained at these places. I don't go to mcdonalds anymore, I prefer small time asian restaurants

I can't blame you. I would rather wait in a line at Home Depot to deal with an employee than go through those frustrating self-pay stations. No matter what I buy I end up having to wait on a staff member to approve something.
But at a Restauarant where there are fewer options, I think it will be great.

There will still be employees at the service counter, you just won't have to relay your meal to them. You want a number 3 no pickle with a medium fry but a large sprite with no ice....you can get it 100% correct. Plus there will always be one register with an employee at all times. So when its very busy you can choose to wait for service or just queue at the self order station.

I think this will be a fantastic opportunity to make money on McD stock.
I'm not actually handling the McDonalds account myself, so I can't confirm this part: I heard that McD will have a mobile app where you can place your order and as soon as you walk in the door ( or wave your phone over a sensor or something ) the order will be placed even further hastening your order.
Can anyone confirm this?
