This would likely do well in Fullerton or Orange, CA. I live in Orange County and there are a wide variety of these new barbershops rolling up. Orange also has this whole antique thing going on. There is a "men's store" that is a bit like you described except it's like old vintage clothes and more general manly paraphrenalia like tobacco pipes and antique stuff. It doesn't really do it for me. The guys wax their mustaches and shit. I know that's a style but it's just not for me. Basically there's a market for that in certain areas though.

I don't know if you are aware of this, but this is already happening. One of those reservations out west if I remember correctly. I think they're still jumping through hoops, but it's not that bad because it's somewhere where weed is already decriminalized.
