Say I start a small corporation (making under $5,000,000) but I want to purchase real estate through the corporation, should I be forming a C corporation or S corporation?

I would form the better Corp for taxes and for every major real estate purchase you create a lp subsidiary that represents the land

My accountant has advised me that buying real estate should always be done with an LLC. Tax reasons. I live in Wisconsin.
