I started an academic exchange which allows college level students and tutors to connect on a safe, secure, and anonymous, website. The website allows students to post assignments they have no desire to do or aren't very good at and receive help for a fee, it also allows students to play the role of the tutor in helping peers finish assignments that they are skilled in to earn an income. How & where should I advertise something like this ?

Pretty sure Facebook ads are basically dogshit. There have been multiple studies on how they are fake/ barely reach a viable user base to be worth what you pay for them.

I like this idea OP, however I think you'll have an imbalance of way more students asking for help than tutors. Maybe offer successful tutors compensation in some way? Have a very thorough rating and review system to prevent shitty tutors and keep quality high

Why would college studetns pay for HW answers when the internet is already full of free resources for this? (e.g. Yahoo answers, Google, /sci/).

If you have to do an actual college course that people are struggling with you wont find the answer to your question

But to answer OP I think there have already been websites that have tried this. I think the website name was student of fortune. It looks like chegg acquired the site and then removed it so there might be an opening in that niche if you make the website nice enough. However you might want to look into any copyrights chegg may have on it.

It is implied that slackers can pay people to write original papers for them. OP can't outright say this because plagiarism.

Should get my man Brett White of Illuminates Marketing in on it and tell him you'll make him rich, and he'll blackhatSEO the shit out of it for you. Facebook ads are shit? Not anymore! You'll be number one on google whenever some deadshit types "homwork doer" into their phone as they smoke ice and watch Cat's vs Dogs with their infant.
