probably police
You start up a regular cleaning company for bitches, then you go advanced if you have uncle in police DAE and you're on the horse.

Did it for a while. It's a bitch to get into because of the upfront costs. You have to have full bio hazard gear, a lot of cleaning supplies, and you have to also know a bit of repair work. You can't just go in with off the shelf cleaning supplies and clean up blood and brain matter. Dawn and Simple Green doesn't cut it when you are cleaning up the aftermath of an AIDS infested fag cherry pieing himself all over the ceiling. You've got to replace a good amount of drywall and other such along with it.
Hard. You need certification in most states.
It's also a very territorial business. The actual number of messy and undiscovered deaths in a single metro area isn't that large. Enough to keep a couple of businesses in pretty consistent work. Not enough to keep many more than that.
Also you'll find that they all operate regular cleaning outfits who work with commercial properties.
If you want to try it out, get a job in a hospital as a surgery clean-up. The pay is pretty good, you do a full suit up and scrub down the room after surgeons preform surgery. You use some pretty harsh chemicals and come in contact with Hepatitis and HIV infected materials.
