There are a lot of resturants and companies in my area who have a decent client base, but no online presence. Im thinking to offer them a webpage and host it for them. It´ll be really easy to create a webpage, since ill be using wordpress. Do you guys think this will work?

Thanks. There are a lot of pakis with kebab shops , and they are clueless about technology. I´ve googled the name of some kebab shops here and they dont even have a facebook page.

That's your biggest issue.
I'd recommend becoming a normal, well dressed customer and bringing it up awhile into your relationship with the staff.
