I work for a pharmaceutical company in manufacturing. I'm a company employee but the union workers have it fucking made. 30 am hour base. Cheap as shit health insurance, free prescription medications, unlimited overtime. 45 an hour during the week and 60 an hour ot on Sundays. No college education required. It's repetitive work and you can't really advance but there are college dropouts making 90 grand a year.

Like lying on a resume. If you got a job for 3 months than left, you say you were there for 6 months or a year. If you were a janitor for 4 years then suddenly Mr. Money wants you to be manager and you managed for a year, you say you managed for 5 years.
