I am 26 I don't have any income and I have a credit card that has 1000 limit. I wan't to build my credit so I can get a nice loan to start a business.

Well first, you need a steady source of income. No bank except maybe a loan shark is going to give you money and sit for six months for you to start making an income. You're also going to not use the credit card more than you can pay off by the end of the month. Paying interest on credit cards is bad for credit. Either way I know for a fact right now no one is going to give you a loan of more than $500
