I own a rental property.

>eight apartments
>no debt or mortgage
>evict tenant recently

Because of laws in my province (Quebec) I can't rent the apartment for a year. Iv herd a bit about airbnb and was wondering if it was a good service to rent the place on the side under the table.

The place is in mediocre condition byr its a five abs a half, thanks for the info guys cheers.

To evict someone in this province without them being able to do anytjing about it you have to claim family will be moving into the rental apt for a minimum of one year, if I write a lease up after hes gone and investigates randomly I could get screwed
