I'm working a probably dead end job making 16.50/hr full time and have 50k saved now and no debt.
What can I buy to make money and develop into a substantial income stream? Pic related is how I feel every day because I feel like I ruined my life by not majoring in stem or accounting.
Spring/Summer is round the corner, Buy a food truck make it look nice and BBQ Sandwiches/ homemade milkshakes
Or start a franchise.
With 50k you can do quite alot

start a real estate investment trust

Open a taxable investment account, throw $30k into it and purchase something like VTEAX or VDIGX from Vanguard and keep at it until you are making as much from dividends as you are at your current job.
