How many hours a week should I be working before I can officially not feel guilty about my work ethic? Is 9 hours a day, 7 days a week, fine?

You can have all the work ethic in the world and essentially all work places these days wouldn't even have second thoughts about letting you go when they're feeling pressure from shareholders
OP here. I should mention that I only worm for 14 hours a week in a part time job and the rest of the time would be working for myself (in practice I would be learning stuff)
