How do you outsource iPhone app design/development to countries like India or the Phillipines? Has anyone had experience doing this? I want to create an app but I don't want to learn how to code and I sure as fuck don't want to pay tons of money for an American to do it.

How do you plan to clean the code up when you're handed 4000 dollar curry code? Can you polish barely functional code up to the point that people will actually buy it, idea guy?

you can use the freelancer.com website,but really as far as i]m concerned all the feedback that i have read from outsorcing to india is quite horrible,try to get some workers from eastern europe.
