How do you judge the social class of someone from another country?
I mean, the usual "Oh, he went to THAT school..." thing doesn't really apply, since you don't know the context.
I guess everyone n earth knows Harvard/Yale and Oxbridge, but the rest is a mystery.
If you have to judge people based on their university and not from any work they've accomplished you're dealing with a new graduate or a loser. How about talking to them like a human being and asking questions that may give you clues as to their social status.
