Years of experience have taught me that controversial figures are the most likely to be innocent in cases like this. It's often just a witch trial led by some cumstain trying to score Good Boy Points at the SEC or DOJ.

Daraprim and the Chagas' disease medicine he was about to jack up the price of are primarily used in 3rd world countries.
He has said he intends on doing this sort of thing as long as it remains profitable, which means eventually he will make a medication that is used by 1st worlders unaffordable. He seems to like targeting the ones that are literally life-or-death, so when he upsets a bunch of cartel members or redneck murricans with assault weapons by making their medicine unaffordable, he is going to get killed.
Shit, I know I would go kill this guy if he made my medication unaffordable.
